Experienced UniFi installers — we design, deploy and manage Ubiquiti networks for businesses across South Wales. Centralised Wi-Fi, switching, security gateways and cameras, all managed from one dashboard.
We've deployed Ubiquiti UniFi across dozens of South Wales businesses — offices, warehouses, retail units, printing partners and multi-site operations. It's the kit we reach for first because the hardware is genuinely good, the management dashboard is excellent, and there are no per-device licence fees.
Unlike Cisco Meraki or Aruba, you own the kit outright — no subscription to keep it running. One dashboard covers your Wi-Fi, switching, routing, firewall, VPN and CCTV. If something breaks, we replace it under RMA; if something needs reconfiguring, we do it remotely.
We're not certified Ubiquiti partners and we don't claim to be. What we are is experienced installers who've deployed hundreds of UniFi APs, dozens of switches and multiple Dream Machine Pros across Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea and surrounding areas.
From a handful of access points in a single office to multi-site networks with VLAN segmentation, guest portals and site-to-site VPN.
We walk your site, identify dead zones, check existing cabling and plan AP placement for full coverage — before we quote, not after.
U6 Pro, U7 Pro, U6 Mesh, outdoor APs — we specify, supply, mount, cable and configure. Wi-Fi 6 and 6E as standard.
Enterprise, Pro Max and standard UniFi switches. PoE for APs and cameras, VLANs to separate staff / guest / IoT / CCTV traffic.
Dream Machine Pro, UDM SE, UXG — routing, firewall, IDS/IPS, site-to-site VPN and Teleport remote access configured end-to-end.
G4, G5 and AI cameras with NVR storage. Motion zones, smart detection, remote viewing. All managed from the same UniFi dashboard.
Access Hub, readers and smart locks. Staff keycards, visitor access, door schedules and full audit logs.
Link offices with site-to-site VPN. Centralised management of multiple locations from a single UniFi controller.
Separate guest network with bandwidth limits, time limits, T&Cs acceptance, or email capture — isolated from your business network.
Remote monitoring, firmware updates, config changes and break/fix support. Included in our managed IT plans or available standalone.
Not every vendor suits every site. Here's where we routinely deploy Ubiquiti and why.
Dream Machine Pro + 3–8 APs + a managed switch. Solid Wi-Fi, clean VLAN segregation, guest network. All-in usually comes out well below Meraki with similar capability.
Outdoor/ruggedised APs for yard coverage, mesh for hard-to-cable spots, PoE switching for cameras. We've done this for printing, manufacturing and logistics operations.
Customer guest Wi-Fi with captive portal, separate network for tills and card readers, CCTV integration. The captive portal can capture emails for marketing.
UniFi Site Manager unifies multiple sites under one pane of glass. Site-to-site VPN between offices. Staff roam between locations with the same credentials.
Business owners, remote workers, landlords of HMOs. UniFi scales down cleanly — a Dream Router + a couple of APs handles a whole house with better control than any ISP router.
Very large enterprises needing Cisco Catalyst-grade features, sites needing 24/7 vendor TAC support contracts, or environments with strict accreditation requirements — we'll tell you honestly.
Most UniFi deployments run on this track. Bigger builds take longer — we'll tell you up front.
We talk through what you've got, what's breaking, and what good looks like. Usually 20–30 minutes.
We visit, walk the premises, map coverage, check cabling. Always free for South Wales businesses.
Itemised kit list, cabling requirements, labour, timeframe. Fixed price — no surprises.
Cabling, mounting, configuration and testing. We keep disruption minimal — often out of hours if needed.
Documentation, credentials, and a choice — manage it yourself or we monitor it 24/7.
No, and we don't claim to be. We're experienced installers — we've deployed hundreds of UniFi devices across South Wales businesses. Ubiquiti's partner programme is primarily for resellers; what matters to you is whether the network works, and whether we can fix it when it doesn't. Both of those are yes.
Usually yes — if it's Cat5e or Cat6 and tests fine. If it's old, damaged, or the runs don't reach where APs need to go, we can run new cabling as part of the install. Our site survey includes cable testing so there are no surprises on install day.
Three options. (1) One-off install, you manage it yourself — we hand over documentation and credentials. (2) Standalone network management — monthly fee, we monitor, patch and fix. (3) Included in our Managed IT Support plans alongside everything else IT-related.
Meraki has better vendor support, cleaner enterprise features, and requires ongoing per-device licensing (no licence = hardware stops working). UniFi has comparable functionality for 80% of SMEs at around 20% of the total cost, and you own the hardware outright. For most South Wales businesses UniFi is the right answer; for large enterprises with strict SLAs, Meraki might win. We'll tell you honestly which fits.
Absolutely — a lot of our work is exactly that. Someone set it up (often years ago), the original installer has gone quiet, and now it needs updating, expanding or fixing. We audit what's there, document it, update firmware, patch security holes and take over management.
Yes — across South Wales. Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Port Talbot, Neath, the Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda, Caerphilly and surrounding valleys. If you're further afield, ask — we'll usually travel for larger projects.
Tell us about your space and what's not working. We'll come out, survey it, and send over a clear plan with fixed pricing.
