Setup, migration, licensing, security and day-to-day management. We run M365 for businesses across South Wales — email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the rest of the ecosystem.
M365 is where the bulk of UK SME productivity happens — email, shared documents, video calls, file storage. When it works, nobody notices. When it doesn't, nothing else gets done. We make sure it works.
What we see most often with new clients: someone bought Business Premium for the whole team when half of them need Business Basic. MFA isn't enforced. Nobody's backing up the mailboxes (Microsoft doesn't, by default). SharePoint was never structured so everyone dumps files into "Documents - General" and can't find anything six months later.
We fix the licensing bill, lock security down properly, set up backup, structure SharePoint so it's usable, and then handle the day-to-day so you don't have to. No accreditation theatre — just engineers who live in M365 every day.
Tenant setup through ongoing admin — and everything in between.
New M365 tenants, or migrations from Gmail, Hosted Exchange, IMAP or on-prem Exchange. Zero data loss, zero downtime — we cut over out of hours.
Business Basic, Standard, Premium, F-series, Apps for Business — we map licences to actual usage and cut the bill where possible.
Joiners, leavers, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, Teams, guest access — all managed cleanly with a proper JML process.
Document libraries structured properly, permissions set correctly, sync configured, intranet sites built. No more "where's that file?"
Channels, meeting rooms, external access, call queues. Teams Phone System with number porting if you want calls in Teams too.
MFA enforcement, conditional access, DLP policies, Defender configuration, Safe Links / Safe Attachments, audit logging for compliance.
Third-party backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Microsoft doesn't back your data up by default — this is the gap everyone forgets.
Company-wide branded email signatures that update automatically. No more chasing staff to update their signature when the role changes.
Enrol Windows, Mac and mobile devices. Push policies, restrict copy/paste from business apps, remote wipe lost kit.
Here are the patterns we see most often with South Wales businesses.
New tenant, domain verification, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, security baseline. We get you from zero to a proper working setup in a few days.
Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives — all moved across with nothing lost. We plan it, run it out of hours, and nobody notices Monday morning except the bill is now from Microsoft.
Someone set it up years ago. Licences are wrong, ex-staff still have access, MFA isn't enforced, SharePoint is chaos. We audit it, fix it, document it, and put proper processes in place.
M365 is half of the Cyber Essentials questionnaire. We configure the tenant to meet the controls — MFA, admin separation, patch management, device encryption — so the certification is straightforward.
Teams Phone with number porting — make and receive calls in Teams, on desktop, mobile or a handset. Replaces the old VoIP box in the cupboard for businesses already living in M365.
When headcount changes, licensing should too. We reassign, downgrade or release licences, archive leavers properly, and transfer their OneDrive data to the right hands.
Whether it's a new setup or an audit of what you've already got, this is how we run it.
What are you using, what's working, what's broken. 20–30 minutes.
If you've got M365 already, we audit it — security, licensing, configuration. Free for South Wales businesses.
Migration plan, fixed quote, licence recommendation. Clear, no surprises.
Setup, migration, hardening — usually out of hours. We handle users through it so nothing catches them out.
Day-to-day admin, incidents, new joiners/leavers. Monthly fee, no surprises.
No, and we don't claim to be. We manage M365 tenants for many South Wales businesses, we live in the admin centres every day, and we've done hundreds of user migrations and setups. What the Microsoft Partner badge gets you is referral fees and discount structures on licences — what you actually want is someone who knows the platform properly and answers the phone. That's us.
We can if you want, but we don't push it. Most of our clients buy direct from Microsoft (or via their existing CSP) and we manage the tenant separately. That way you always own the billing relationship and can switch providers without data-migration headaches. Our fee is for the management, not a margin on licence resale.
No. Microsoft guarantees the service is up. They don't protect you against accidental deletion, ransomware, or a disgruntled leaver wiping SharePoint. There's a short retention window (30–90 days depending) then it's gone. We set up proper third-party backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams — usually £3–5 per user per month.
Usually 1–3 weeks end to end. Week one: tenant setup, security baseline, domain prep. Week two: test migration, pilot user, any fixes. Week three: cutover weekend, full migration, Monday morning verification. Bigger organisations take longer — 50+ users and we'll break it into phases.
Copilot is useful for the right use case but expensive (£25/user/month on top of existing licensing) and worthless unless your SharePoint is properly structured. We don't push it. If you want it, we can enable it, set up the permissions properly so it doesn't expose confidential docs, and help your team actually use it. Most of our clients don't have it.
M365 is largely remote-managed, so location barely matters. We cover all of South Wales for any on-site work (Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, the valleys). Purely remote M365 management we'll happily do UK-wide.
Tell us what you're running. We'll audit what you've got, flag what's risky or wasteful, and send over a plan.
