Founder · Pink Dandelion Business Services

A qualified AAT Level 4 professional with over 15 years as a Finance Manager, Wendy built SWAVA from a deeply personal place — having felt the isolation of working virtually herself.

Through launching The Network Bridgend and running award-winning hospitality venues across South Wales, she saw a gap: no dedicated space existed for VAs to come together, share, and grow. SWAVA is that space.
